We got rid of the sliding door to incorporate the original balcony into the indoor living space and by hacking away the walls of the study to transform it into an attached dining space that combines into the living area giving a much more grandiose family and dining space.

We concealed a server room for this entire smart living into the side cabinets and used it to create another room by the entry way for their helper.

We carved out part of the original guest bedroom and created an Adult's zen garden as an extension from the children's play zone.
